In an internship with us, you will work alongside experienced strategists, learn by doing and build the skills that matter for a future in brand strategy, cultural strategy and innovation. All while earning London Living Wage.
You can expect:
- Hands-on experience on live client briefs
- Seeing how strategy projects run from start to finish
- Exposure to different disciplines such as consumer research, brand strategy, innovation or semiotics
- Structured feedback and mentoring
Who you are
Your background: You’ve studied or previously worked in fields that touch on any of the following areas: cultural studies, semiotics, anthropology, sociology, linguistics, behavioural economics, strategy and research. You may also have come from a creative or design-led background, or be multi-disciplinary.
Your skills: You’re a clear, confident written and oral communicator. You’re an analytical observer who can assess what’s really going on in culture or human behaviour, and build a point of view drawing on a range of inputs and sources. You bring rigour and attention to detail as well as creativity and imagination to your thinking and work. And you’re comfortable working independently and collaboratively, taking on responsibility and adapting to the fast pace of an agency environment.
Your passions: Cultures, shifts and innovations in all forms, from design and the visual arts to subcultures and fandoms, and everything in between. You’re curious about how culture travels across countries and what shapes human behaviour and choices, and what this means for commercial organisations and their ambition to build brands that resonate globally.
